摘要
为明确云南省地方品种的来源及名称混淆问题,采用实地调查、植株形态学观察、细胞质基因组多态性分子标记检测与分析及相关历史文献查询等方法,对16个云南省地方马铃薯品种的来源及其影响进行综合研究。结果表明:(1)云南省地方品种主要分布于少数民族聚居的高海拔贫困山区。(2)这些地方品种在花型/花色、薯形/皮色和肉色、株型和叶型等性状上存在丰富的多样性,同名异物和同物异名现象较为普遍。(3)地方品种中存在丰富的叶绿体/线粒体基因组DNA(cp/mt DNA)多态性,包含W/α(D)、W(A)/β、T/β和W/γ(D) 4种细胞质类型。(4)马铃薯在18世纪中期传入云南,地方马铃薯品种的传入主要与西方传教士的进入、少数民族的迁徙与分布、改土归流、少数民族聚居地区的开放与开发等有直接关联。文章首次揭示了云南省地方马铃薯品种的主要来源和传入路径,探讨了这些品种对边疆少数民族地区经济、社会和文化发展的重要影响,对中国马铃薯主粮化背景下马铃薯育种思路的创新也具有一定意义和价值。
        The paper aims to clarify the source and name of local potato varieties in Yunnan Province. Fieldinvestigations, plant morphology observations, cytoplasmic genome polymorphism molecular marker detectionand analysis, and historical literature survey were used to investigate the sources of 16 local potato varieties inYunnan. The results show that:(1) the local varieties are mainly distributed in poverty-stricken, high altitudes,and ethnic minorities inhabited mountainous areas;(2) these local varieties are morphologically characterizedby flower type and color, tuber shape and skin/flesh color, plant type and leaf shape, and homonym andsynonyms are common;(3) there are abundant polymorphisms of chloroplast/mitochondrial genomic DNA(cp/mt DNA) among these local varieties, including W/α(D), W(A)/β, T/β, and W/γ(D) four cytoplasm types;(4)potato was introduce to Yunnan in the middle of the 18 thcentury, which was mainly related to the entry ofwestern missionaries, the migration and distribution of ethnic minorities, the reformation of local communities,the opening and development of ethnic minority communities. This research reveals the source and thetransmission routes of local potato varieties in Yunnan, discusses the impact of the varieties on the economic,social structure and cultural development of local ethnic minorities, and has certain references for innovatingpotato breeding under the background of making potato the staple food in China.
