摘要
从进线电压跌落(VS)角度出发,深入分析了三相六开关电压型脉冲宽度调制(PWM)整流器的IGBT模块的故障原因,并对提高这种整流器的工作可靠性提出了实用有效的方法。
From the point of view of incoming line voltage sag(VS),the IGBT failure of analysis module for three-phase six-switch voltage source pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier are analyzed in depth,and the practical and effective method for reliability upgrade of the rectifier is also put forward.
