摘要
针对神华系列大功率交流传动机车新型扳键开关手柄断裂问题进行了分析,运用有限元分析了原扳键开关手柄结构存在的缺陷,提出了改进优化措施,并通过实验验证了改进后结构的机械强度和使用寿命。在段进行更换后,神华系列机车扳键开关运用情况良好,未再出现类似故障,为部件选型和改进设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the toggle switch fracture failure which used on Shenhua high-power AC drive electric locomotive, by using finite element analysis the problems and defects existing in the original toggle switch structure, and the optimized improvement measures are put forward. The new optimized design is verified by test of mechanical strength and service life, which could provide reference for components selection and optimization design.
