sPLA2-X在支气管哮喘中的研究进展

摘要
目前尽管对哮喘的发病机制进行了深入的研究,并试图寻找有效的治疗方法 ,但在全球范围内新的病例数呈增长的趋势。在哮喘患者的气道中发现分泌型磷脂酶A2-X(secreted phospholipase A2 group X,s PLA2-X)是最主要的s PLA2亚型之一,从而作为"哮喘型s PLA2"而受到重视,被认为是哮喘治疗的新靶点。该文就近几年s PLA2-X在哮喘方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
Currently, the paper deeply researches the onset mechanism of asthma, and tries to search for the effective treatment method, the case number in the global range shows an increasing trend, and the s PLA2-X is one of the most important subtypes of s PLA2 in the airway of asthma patients, emphasized due to "asthma type s PLA2", and seen as the new targeted point of asthma treatment. The paper elaborates the recent research progress of s PLA2-X in asthma.
