1例冠状动脉腔内旋磨术的护理与康复

摘要
冠状动脉内旋磨术(RA)是用超高速旋转的带有钻石颗粒的旋磨头将冠脉内粥样硬化斑块、钙化组织碾磨成极细的微粒,从而将阻塞的血管腔的斑块消除,其是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的重要技术之一。随着冠心病介入治疗技术的不断发展,我院PCI手术量逐年增加,需要处理的复杂病例也越来越多,因人口老龄化导致的冠状动脉钙化病变患者比例随之升高,而重度钙化病变需要通过RA才能顺利完成PCI。2017年3月,我院成功实施1例RA治疗手术,现将具体内容报道如下。
Rotational atherectomy(RA) is one of the most important techniques in percutaneous coronary interventional(PCI)therapy, which is to grind atherosclerotic plaques and calcified tissues into very fine particles with a diamond particle rotating head at very high speed to remove the plaques obstructing vascular lumen. With the continuous development of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease, the numbers of PCI operation in our hospital increase year by year, and more and more complex cases need to be treated. The proportion of coronary artery calcification lesions caused by aging population increases, while serve calcification lesions needs RA to successfully complete PCI. In March 2017, a case undergoing RA operation therapy was successfully performed in our hospital. The specific contents are as follows.
