甲状腺功能低下症儿童预防接种专家建议和应用研究

目的解决先天性甲状腺功能低下症(Congenital hypothyroidism,CHT)儿童的预防接种难题。方法组织临床儿科、流行病学、疫苗学等学科专家对CHT儿童病例进行论证,形成CHT儿童预防接种建议,根据接种建议对CHT儿童接种疫苗,观察接种后不良反应。结果本研究形成了CHT儿童预防接种专家建议,指导4名CHT儿童进行疫苗接种,共接种19种疫苗64剂次,均未发生不良反应。结论本研究形成的CHT儿童预防接种专家建议是可行的。
Objective To develop vaccination recommendations for children with congenital hypothyroidism(CHT). Methods We invited experts in pediatrics, epidemiology, and vaccinology to discuss CHT cases and develop vaccination recommendations for children with CHT. We used the recommendations to vaccinate children with CHT, observing for adverse reactions. Results The invited experts made recommendation for vaccination of children with CHT. We used the recommendations to guide vaccination of 4 children with CHT, administering 64 doses of 19 different vaccines. No adverse reactions were identified. Conclusions The experts' vaccination recommendations for children with CHT are feasible to use.
