吉林市体育健身俱乐部经营现状与发展方向研究

摘要
为研究吉林市健身俱乐部经营现状,以吉林市20所商业健身俱乐部及500名健身消费者、60名健身教练为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法进行调查研究。研究结果表明,吉林市体育健身俱乐部的发展还处在初级阶段,经营项目的开发不全面、服务质量有待提高、健身教练业务水平低、消费者年龄结构单一。针对这些问题,对其发展方向提出相应建议,这对于推进吉林市体育健身俱乐部的发展,提高居民生活质量、满足人们更高层次的体育健身需求,对完善健身体育市场体系具有重要意义。
In order to study the current operating status of Jilin fitness clubs,this paper takes 500 fitness customers,60 fitness trainers in 20 commercial fitness clubs in Jilin City as the research objects,and uses literature,questionnaire survey and expert interview methods to make corresponding investigation. The results show that the development of Jilin fitness clubs is still in the primary stage,operation exploration are not comprehensive,service quality needs to be improved,trainers are under qualified and costumers are with single age structure. Suggestions on the development of the clubs are provided,which are of great significance for promoting fitness club development in the city,improving living standard of residents,meeting the need of higher level fitness demand,and perfecting the fitness market system.
