摘要
为了研究筛分过程中筛面结构和物料形状对筛分效率的影响,基于离散元法对5个不同筛面开孔率下的圆孔筛﹑方孔筛的筛分效率和复杂粒形物料在圆孔筛﹑方孔筛上的筛分效率进行了虚拟试验研究。结果表明:物料的的筛分效率随筛面开孔率的增加而逐渐增加,且在筛面开孔率相同时圆孔筛的筛分效率高于方孔筛的筛分效率;3种典型农业物料形状的颗粒在两种筛面上筛分时,小麦形颗粒筛分效率最高,大豆形颗粒筛分效率其次,玉米形颗粒筛分效率最低;圆孔筛更易于3种颗粒的透筛,筛孔形状对于玉米形颗粒的筛分效果影响最大,小麦形颗粒次之,大豆形颗粒最小。
In order to study the effect of the structure of screening surface and shape of particle on screening efficiency in screening process,this article conducted a series of virtual experimental studies based on the DEM including for five different opening percentage of screening surface and complex grain shapes under square-aperture screen,round-aperture screen. The results show that the screening efficiency increases gradually with the increase of the opening percentage of screening surface,and the screening efficiency of round-aperture screen is higher than the square-aperture screen;three types of typical agricultural material shape particles were screened on two kinds of sieve,the wheat shape particles were the most efficient,the soybean shape particle was the second,and the corn shape particle was the lowest,the round-aperture screen is easier to screen for three types of particles. The shape of the sieve has the greatest influence on the screening efficiency of the corn shape particle. The wheat shape particle is the second and the soybean shape particle is the smallest.
