摘要
美国20世纪90年代的职业教育改革是在全球竞争日益激烈的背景下展开的,其目标、政策、课程设置、主导者个人评价既没有抛弃其个人本位价值观,又体现了对社会本位价值观的偏向。本次改革实质上是社会本位的改革,是对过往个人本位职业教育的矫正。通过对本次职业教育改革的研究可以发现,社会本位和个人本位的价值观,都是对当时教育与社会之间矛盾的拟合。
American vocational education reform in 1990 s was conducted in the background of increasingly global competitiveness.Its objectives,policies and curriculum provision and self-evaluation reflected both an individualism value and the value orientation of society.The reform in essence was the society-oriented reform and adjusted the past individual-based vocational education.The study of this vocational education reform finds that,both society-oriented and individual-based value are matching both for the contradiction between education and society at that time.
