摘要
近年来,凭借着分析速度快,准确度高等优点的高频红外碳硫分析仪,逐渐取代了传统的管式燃烧-容量法。本文探讨不同的样品称样量、不同的助熔剂添加量、样品和助熔剂的叠放顺序这三因素对全碳测试结果产生如何影响,并优化出最合适的分析条件。结果表明,采用1.4000 g钨、0.0800 g样品、0.5000 g铁三者混合进样的方式测试样品,最终可以得到重复性好、准确度高的全碳分析结果。
        In recent years, the high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, which has the advantages of fast analysis and high accuracy, has gradually replaced the traditional tubular combustion-capacity method. In this paper, we investigated how the three factors of different sample weights, different flux weights, sample and flux stacking order affect the results of the full carbon test, and optimize the most suitable analysis conditions. The results show that the sample is tested by mixing 1.4000 g tungsten, 0.0800 g sample and 0.5000 g iron, and finally the results of full carbon analysis with good repeatability and high accuracy can be obtained.
