康复推拿疗法对脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者的康复治疗效果分析

摘要
目的探讨康复推拿疗法对脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者的康复治疗效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的90例脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者,以随机信封法将其分为参照组和治疗组各45例,参照组实施临床常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上行康复推拿治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果和肢体功能恢复情况。结果治疗组康复治疗总有效率、FMA评分、日常生活能力评分均高于参照组,P<0.05。结论针对脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者,康复推拿疗法效果显著,能够有效改善患者肢体功能,提高其生活能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation massage therapy on the rehabilitation of spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 90 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into a reference group and a treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine clinical treatment, and the treatment group was given rehabilitation massage treatment on this basis. The treatment effect and recovery of limb function were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate, FMA score and daily living ability score of the treatment group were higher than those of the reference group, P < 0.05. Conclusion For the patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke, the effect of rehabilitation massage therapy is remarkable, which can effectively improve the limb function and improve their living ability.
