摘要
miRNA与许多肿瘤癌症都有着密切关联,它们可能调控着大量癌症的生物过程,这使得miRNA称为诊断、预防疾病的新型生物学标记。本文通过研究多种癌症的miRNA的表达谱,构建了泛癌症(PanCancer)-miRNA网络,揭示了miRNA合作调控癌症等疾病生物过程的机理特征,有助于进一步了解miRNA与癌症之间的复杂关系。
