戴琦主任医师治疗胃食管反流病伴焦虑的临证经验

摘要
胃食管反流病伴焦虑在临床治疗上存在难治愈、易复发的问题,中医药治疗具有标本兼顾的优势。文章总结戴琦副教授治疗胃食管反流病伴焦虑的临证经验。戴琦副教授在治疗胃食管反流病伴焦虑时,主张从肝、胃、脾及冲脉理论入手,以重镇之品平上冲之势,自拟平冲降逆汤,临床疗效显著。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety in clinical treatment is difficult to cure,easy to relapse, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of both specimens. The article summarizes the clinical experience of associate professor Dai Qi in the treatment of anxiety in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Associate professor Dai Qi, in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety, advocated to start from the liver, stomach, spleen and pulse theory, self-designed Pingchong Jiangni decoction, clinical effect is significant.
