摘要
谷氨酰胺作为人体中含量最高的氨基酸,是胃肠道和众多免疫细胞重要的能量来源。补充谷氨酰胺有助于提高运动能力并且促进运动疲劳的恢复。本文针对补充谷氨酰胺对过度运动机体的保护作用,综合了近期相关文献,阐述了补充谷氨酰胺对运动能力、运动恢复及免疫系统的作用机理,以期为谷氨酰胺对运动机体作用途径的相关研究提供参考。
        Glutamine,as the highest content of amino acids in human body,is an important source of energy and a number of immune cells. Glutamine supplementation can help improving exercise capacity and promote the recovery of sports fatigue. In this paper,the protective effects of glutamine supplementation on over-exercise organisms are combined,and recent relevant literature is synthesized to describe the mechanism of action of glutamine supplementation on valley exercise capacity,exercise recovery,and immune system.,in order to provide a reference for the study of the role of glutamine in human kinesiology.
