探讨牛皮癣患者的治疗及综合护理

摘要
目的探讨牛皮癣患者临床治疗及综合护理措施与效果。方法随机选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治牛皮癣患者86例为本组研究对象,按照双盲法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各43例。其中对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者在西医治疗基础上采用复方青黛胶囊治疗,同时给予综合护理干预。对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在牛皮癣临床治疗中采用复方青黛胶囊治疗,同时对患者提供综合护理干预措施,提高临床治疗效果,促进患者康复,值得应用。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment and comprehensive nursing measures of psoriasis patients. Methods 86 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to double blind method with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the patients in the observation group were treated with compound Qingdai capsule on the basis of western medicine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In cattle skin In the clinical treatment of tinea, compound Qingdai capsule is used, and comprehensive nursing intervention is provided to the patients, which can improve the effect of clinical treatment and promote the recovery of the patients, which is worthy of application.
