清肺止咳汤治疗急性支气管炎的疗效探讨

摘要
目的:探讨清肺止咳汤治疗急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院确诊的急性支气管炎患者70例,将患者按照中西医治疗方案不同,将其中采用西药治疗的35例患者纳入对照组,另外35例给予清肺止咳汤中药治疗纳入观察组。比较患者临床治疗总有效率,观察患者咳嗽、咳痰及发热症状消失时间。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰及发热症状小时间均明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论:对急性支气管肺炎患者给予清肺止咳汤治疗,能明显提升患者疗效,促进患者临床症状改善,提高其生活质量,具有积极的推广价值和意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Zhike Decoction on acute bronchitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute bronchitis diagnosed in our hospital were treated.According to the different treatment schemes of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,35 patients treated with western medicine were included in the control group and 35 patients treated with Qingfei Zhike Decoction were included in the observation group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was compared,and the disappearance time of cough,sputum and fever symptoms was observed.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cough,sputum and fever symptoms of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Zhike Decoction can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with acute bronchopneumonia,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive promotion value and significance.
