早孕因子及其临床应用研究进展

摘要
早孕因子是一种与妊娠相关的微量蛋白,已广泛应用于动物的早期妊娠诊断中。目前,国内外学者通过动物体内的血液对早孕因子的生理生化特点及检测方法进行了大量的研究。随着养殖业的不断发展,通过早孕因子可以尽早地鉴定出妊娠母畜,以便降低空怀率,节约饲养成本,由此可见,早孕因子的检测对生产实践具有重大意义。文章主要阐述了早孕因子的理化性质、作用机制及临床应用,并对其在家畜早孕诊断方面的应用前景进行了展望。
