摘要

目的提升公司冷链设施设备验证工作效率。方法运用PDCA循环法,全面分析验证工时长的原因,并通过合理分工、优化流程、升级软件等改进。结果冷链设施设备验证工时从89个工作日缩短至22个工作日。结论该方法具备实用性、可操作性和先进性,可大大提升验证工作效率,合理使用人力资源和节省时间成本。
        Objective To improve the working efficiency of verification of cold chain facilities in our company. Methods PDCA cycle method was used to comprehensively analyze and verify the reasons for the long working hours,and the improvement was carried out through rational division of labor,optimization of the process,upgrading of software,etc. Results The validation time of cold chain facilities was shortened from 89 working days to 22 working days. Conclusion The method is practical,operable and advanced,it can greatly improve the working efficiency of verification,rational use of human resources and save time cost.
