环磷腺苷联合维生素C治疗病毒性心肌炎患者的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨病毒性心肌炎患者应用环磷腺苷联合维生素C治疗的临床效果。方法选取鞍山市岫岩满族自治县中心人民医院2017年4月至2018年3月收治的96例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与综合组,每组48例。常规组采用常规药物治疗,综合组在常规治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷联合维生素C治疗。比较两组患儿治疗有效率、心肌酶恢复正常时间、心电图恢复正常时间、治疗前后T细胞亚群免疫指标、不良反应发生率。结果综合组治疗有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者T细胞亚群免疫指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,综合组T细胞亚群免疫指标变化幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);综合组心肌酶、心电图恢复正常时间均明显短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患者在常规治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷联合维生素C临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心肌功能,降低炎症反应,用药安全。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of adenosine cyclophosphate combined with vitamin C in the treatment of patients with viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 96 children with viral myocarditis admitted to the Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County Central People's Hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 in Anshan City were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into routine group and comprehensive group, with 48 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine drugs,while the comprehensive group was treated with adenosine cyclophosphate combined with vitamin C on the basis of the routine treatment. Effective rate of treatment, recovery time of myocardial enzymes, recovery time of electrocardiogram, immune indexes of T cell subsets before and after the treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the routine group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the T cell subsets immune indexes between the 2 groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, the changes of T cell subsets immune indexes in the comprehensive group were more significant, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05); and the recovery time of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in the comprehensive group was significantly shorter than that in the routine group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of adenosine cyclophosphate combined with vitamin C in patients with viral myocarditis is obvious on the basis of the routine treatment. It can effectively improve patients' myocardial function and reduce inflammation reaction, with medication safety.
