基于急诊大数据的住院医师规范化培训课程纲要拟定探索

摘要
急诊住院医师规范化培训工作目前已经广泛开展,其中"小讲课"是培养过程中的必需环节。关于讲课内容,目前没有相关规范可循。虽然国家卫计委制定了一些规培教材,但基本是沿袭本科教材的基本路线,追求"大而全"。规培是毕业后教育,目的是让住院医师培训后能胜任实际工作岗位。因此,如果能根据现实情况进行教学课程规划及重点划分,则可以在有限的培训时间里,更好地提高住院医师的岗位胜任能力。在现有信息条件下,"大数据"是反映真实世界情况的很好参照系统,且获得难度逐渐减小。该研究根据急诊大数据,利用Python计算机语言对数据进行整合、清洗、重塑、计算并分析,研究各类症状和疾病在急诊患者中的构成比,然后进行分析,并根据分析结果探索住院医师规培课程的规划和重点划分。
The standardized training of residents has been widely carried out,and " small lecture" is one of the necessary links in the process of training.There is no relevant specification on the content of the lecture.Although the National Health Planning Commission has formulated some teaching materials for the training,these materials,which pursue extensive studies,basically follow the route of undergraduate teaching.Standardized training of residents is the postgraduation education.Its purpose is to allow the residents to be competent for the actual post after training.Therefore,if the teaching plan and key content can be carried out based on the actual situation,it can improve the post competency of the residents in the limited training time.Under the current information conditions, "big data" is a good reference system to reflect the situation in the real world,and the difficulty of getting the data is gradually reduced.Based on the big data of emergency department,in this study,the data were integrated,cleaned,remolded,calculated and analyzed by Python and the composition ratio of various symptoms and diseases in emergency patients was studied and analyzed.According to the result,we explored the planning and key content division of resident doctors training courses.
