摘要
针对圆环形压电振子的弯曲振动问题,利用弹性力学、ANSYS软件仿真及实验测试等手段对其进行了理论推导、仿真模态与实验分析。得出圆环形压电振子挠度表达式及其振动形态,实验测试给出了电压特性和频率特性。最后将这三种分析方法及理论分推到仿真分析与实验测试得出的结果进行对比。结果表明,这三种方法分析圆环形压电振子得出的结果基本吻合,误差较小,为圆环形压电振子的设计优化与应用提供了理论依据和技术参考。
In view of the problems of bending vibration of circular ring-shaped piezoelectric vibrators,this paper carries out theoretical derivation,simulation modal and experimental analysis by means of elastic mechanics,ANSYS software simulation and experimental testing,and obtains the deflection expression and vibration form,then gets the voltage and frequency characteristics through experiments. Finally,the results got by these three methods are compared with those by theoretical derivation,simulation analysis and experimental test. The results show that the conclusion drew from the analysis of the bending vibration of circular ring piezoelectric vibrators fits well with the three methods and the error is small,which provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for the optimization and application of toroidal piezoelectric vibrators.
