基于创新精神培育的高职院校创新创业人才培养模式探索

摘要
当前我国社会经济发展步入新常态,各行各业都在实现转型升级在当前的时代背景下,必须要积极发扬创新精神,才能够促进我国社会经济实现可持续发展。所以在高职院校培养学生的过程中,必须要加强对于学生创新精神的养成,提高人才的培训质量,让创新精神融入职业教育的各个环节。高职院校的不断扩招,导致高职学生的就业机会不断减少,就业压力不断增加,为了能够缓解就业矛盾,必须要加强对于大学生创新创业的素质培育,通过将创新精神与创新创业素质进行有机结合,可以让学生专心致志学知识,为今后的创新创业打下坚实的基础。
At present, China's social and economic development has entered a new normal, all walks of life are achieving transformation and upgrading in the current context of the times, we must actively carry forward the spirit of innovation, in order to promote China's social and economic sustainable development. Therefore, in the process of training students in Higher Vocational colleges, we must strengthen the cultivation of students' innovative spirit, improve the quality of personnel training, and let the innovative spirit integrate into all aspects of Vocational education. The continuous enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges has led to the continuous reduction of employment opportunities and increasing employment pressure. In order to alleviate the employment contradiction, it is necessary to strengthen the quality cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship. By organically combining the spirit of innovation and the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship, students can concentrate on learning knowledge.To lay a solid foundation for future innovation and entrepreneurship.
