摘要
本法采用等速采样法采取烟尘,用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸溶解试样。对烟尘吸附硫酸量进行了研究。利用ICP-AES法联测烟尘中的Cu、Fe、Pb、Zn、As、Sb、Bi、Cd含量。加入铜试剂沉淀铜基体,过滤滴定硫酸根。本方法分析快捷,准确,能够满足工艺快速检测的需求。
The constant speed sampling method was adopted to take dust sample. The sample were dissolved with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. The amount of sulfuric acid absorbed by dust was studied. The content of Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn, As, Sb, Bi, Cd in dust were co-tested by ICP-AES method. The copper reagent was added to precipitate copper matrix, sulfate content was filtrated and titrated. This method is rapid,accurate and can meet the requirement of process rapid testing.
