摘要

预制混凝土衬砌管片模具的设计过程较复杂,为了得到好的振捣效果,同时保证模具不因振动而开裂,使用有限元软件ANSYS对模具进行了模拟分析,以此来辅助模具底板振捣梁的设计、振动器数量与位置的确定,从而使模具振捣设计达到更好的效果。
        The design process of precast concrete lining segment die is rather complicated. In order to obtain good vibration effect, and ensure that the mould does not crack due to vibration, the design of vibration beam of mould bottom plate, and the number and position of vibrators, the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze and simulate the mold, which can provide the better result of vibration design.
