正义是美好生活中的关键概念。作为一种社会/文化现象,新媒体的核心道德规范可以说是正义。互联网系统的全局结构需要一个将正义作为内在价值的国际定义,而不是将其作为由民族国家惯例所决定的正确合法性的标准概念。报应与分配的权利秩序正义是西方社会的传统框架,而无边界正义的新理论指向了一个不同的方向。内在价值作为基础和原因先于授予的法律程序。在数字技术时代,正义需要艺术、音乐、历史、哲学、文学等人文社会科学的帮助,才能发展出对存在的非技术理解。
Justice is the key idea in the good life. As a social/cultural phenomenon, the new media's core ethical norm arguably becomes justice. The global dynamics of the internet system requires an international definition of justice as intrinsic worthiness, rather than the standard idea of justice as right-order legality determined by nation-state conventions. Retributive and distributive right-order justice is the traditional framework in Western societies, while new theory of borderless justice points us in a different direction. Intrinsic worth is prior, as basis and cause, to legal procedures of conferral. In the age of digital technology, Justice needs the assistance of the humanities, the arts, music, history, philosophy, literature, and the humanistic social sciences to develop for and with it, a non-technological understanding of being.
