摘要
我国目前污水处理厂大多数采用活性污泥法来处理城市污水,而活性污泥法的关键就是通过曝气系统维持生物的好氧环境。国内采用活性污泥法的污水处理厂的曝气系统均不同程度存在着曝气能耗高、自动化水平低和溶解氧波动大等问题。为此,采用新型曝气流量控制系统有针对性地对污水处理厂现有的设备进行改造,实现无需人工干预、灵活控制并达到提高溶解氧控制精度和节能降耗等目的。最终实施效果分析:在污水处理厂现有的条件下,溶解氧控制精度可以在合理的范围内得到有效提高,万吨水能耗有效降低,达到节能降耗的目的。曝气流量控制系统所具备的灵活性、宽容度和兼容性的特点,并对风量死区的自动规避逻辑,确保污水处理厂能长期稳定运行。
        At present, most sewage plants in China adopt activated sludge process in their treatment of municipal sewage, and the key to that process is to maintain a biological aerobic environment through the aeration system. In domestic sewage plants using activated sludge process, the aeration control system has high energy consumption, low level of automation and large fluctuation of dissolved oxygen. In this background, a new aeration flow control system was proposed for adoption to update existing equipment in the sewage plants, so that such objectives as no need for manual intervention, flexible control, improvement of control accuracy for dissolved oxygen as well as energy saving and consumption reduction could be achieved. Analysis of final implementation effect indicated that under the existing conditions of the sewage plant, dissolved oxygen control accuracy could be raised considerably in a reasonable range and energy consumption per ten thousand tons of water could be reduced effectively so that the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction could be attained. The flexibility, tolerance and compatibility of the aeration flow control system as well as its automatic circumvent logic for air volume dead zone could ensure long-term stable operation of sewage plant.
