摘要
为了分析炼油厂加工那波原油过程中常减压装置侧线馏出物出现固体杂质的原因,本研究通过固体杂质组成分析、馏分油铜片腐蚀实验及汽油窄馏分硫类型分析等对那波原油的腐蚀性和腐蚀原因进行了分析,研究发现固体杂质主要为四氧化三铁、硫化亚铁和氯化亚铁,应为腐蚀所致;汽油馏分的腐蚀性最强,其腐蚀性与活性硫化物的含量密切相关。
To analyze the causes of solid impurities in the side lines of distillation unit when processing Napo crude oil in an oil refinery,this study analyzed the corrosive and corrosive causes of Napo crude oil through the analysis of solid impurities,the copper sheet corrosion test of distillate,and the analysis of sulfur type of narrow fraction of gasoline. Research found that solid impurities are mainly Fe_3O_4,FeS and FeCl_2,which should be due to corrosion; Gasoline fractions are most corrosive and their corrosivity is closely related to the content of active sulfides.
