摘要
危险与可操作性(HAZOP)技术是一种用于辨识设计缺陷、工艺过程危险及操作性问题的结构化分析方法,包括划分节点,解释设计意图、工艺指标和操作步骤,确定有意义的偏差,分析偏差,分析记录结果,提交分析报告等基本过程。本文采用该技术对煤化工装置中的变换冷凝液汽提工艺进行危害辨识和风险评价,为化工生产装置的设计和生产过程管理提供参考。
Hazard and Operability(HAZOP) technology is a structured analysis method for identifying design flaws,process hazards,and operational problems,including dividing nodes,explaining design intent,process specifications,and operational steps to determine meaningful meaning.The deviation,analysis of deviations,analysis of recorded results,submission of analysis reports and other basic processes.This technology is used to identify and evaluate the hazard of the condensate stripping process in coal chemical plants,which provides reference for the design and production process management of chemical production equipment.
