摘要
文中简述了空压机在运行过程中导页开度异常波动的现象,通过对电位器及西门子智能定位器的工作原理分析,提炼出压缩机运行过程中开度异常波动的原因.结合生产需要,提出了不停机情况下解决问题的方法及措施,重点介绍了"在线对导页的限位"、"在线脱开执行机构与阀体之间的连接件"、"在线更换新型分体式智能定位器"、"重新连接执行机构与阀体之间的连接件"、"取消导页的限位"的方法及过程,最终实现不停机处理导页故障.
        This paper briefly describes the abnormal fluctuation of inlet guide valve during the operation of air compressor. Based on the analysis of the working principles of Potentiometer and Siemens Intelligent Positioner,the reasons why abnormal fluctuation occurs during the operation of air compressor are concluded. Further,combined with production needs, the methods and measures to resolve these problems without stopping the machine are put forward. Especially, the main methods and process are introduced in this paper as follows:firstly, on-line restriction on the inlet valve; secondly, online detaching the connection between actuator and valve body; thirdly, online replacement of new split intelligent locator; fourthly, the reconnection of the connector between actuator and valve body and the cancelation of the limit of inlet valve. Thus, the way to solve abnormal fluctuation of inlet guide valve without stopping machine can be eventually achieved.
