摘要
为了培育出对环境适应能力强的杜仲苗,采用沙藏法、温水浸泡及不处理(对照) 3种方法对杜仲种子进行处理,分别以沙子、沙土2种土壤基质进行催芽培养。试验采用三因素两水平的正交设计,以求获得杜仲种子发芽的最佳条件。结果表明:沙土中种子萌芽效果明显比沙子中的要好; 10℃温水浸泡的种子明显优于50℃,以杜仲种子在10℃的水中浸泡48h后种于沙土中处理方案最优组合。
        In order to cultivate seedlings of Eucommia ulmoides with strong adaptability to the environment,possession of sand,soak and unconditional control with sand and sandy soil were applied on Eucommia ulmoides. three factors and two levels of orthogonal design were used to obtain the best germination conditions of Eucommia ulmoides seeds in this study. The results showed that sandy soil treatment was better than sand and unconditional control,and seeds soaked in warm water at 10 ℃ were significantly better that 50℃,and the treatment of 10 ℃ soaking for 48 h in sandy soil was the best.
