新时代背景下黑龙江省冰雪运动进校园的普及与发展研究

摘要
在2022年冬奥背景下,我国正逐步向"冰雪体育大国""冰雪体育强国"发展和前进。随着"3亿人参与冰雪运动"政策的颁布,让冰雪运动进校园成为发展冰雪运动的最佳途径。本文采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,对黑龙江省冰雪运动进校园的普及与发展进行了调查与分析,得出影响黑龙江省冰雪运动进校园的主要因素,并为我国冰雪运动进校园的普及与发展提出相应的建议,以期为推动黑龙江省乃至全国冰雪运动进校园政策的落定和实施奠定基础。
Against the backdrop of the 2022 Winter Olympics,China is gradually developing into a " big country of ice and snow sports" and a " strong country of ice and snow sports".At the same time,the " 300 million people participate in the ice and snow sports" policy was issued,making the ice and snow sports into the campus become the best way to develop the ice and snow sports. This paper in 2017 in Heilongjiang province as the research object,the first part of the ice and snow characteristic school mainly adopts the literature material method,expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics research methods,such as ice and snow sports into the campus of Heilongjiang province popularization and development status of research and investigation, and analysis the influence of ice and snow sports in Heilongjiang province into the main factors in the process of popularization and development of the campus,and respectively from the perspective of the popularization and development of ice and snow sports into campus put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions, in order to promote the development and popularization in Heilongjiang province and even the national snow and ice sports in campus settles and implementation foundation of policy.
