摘要

本文以新疆某高校2018届毕业生就业调查数据和日常访谈资料为基础,通过就业困难毕业生的概念界定,从社会环境、高校人才培养、家庭资本教育以及毕业生个体特征等方面分析高校就业困难毕业生的成因,结合学生工作实际提出发挥智慧学工功能的就业困难毕业生精准服务路径。
        Based on the employment survey data and daily interview data of 2018 graduates of a university in Xinjiang, this paper defines the concept of graduates with employment difficulties, and analyses the causes of graduates with employment difficulties from the aspects of social environment, university personnel training, family capital education and individual characteristics of graduates. In practice, it puts forward the precise service path for the graduates with employment difficulties who play the role of intelligent learning and working.
