摘要

经济的迅速发展在很大程度上促进了我国区域和城市水资源的使用量,而且人们生产和生活用水量也是与日俱增,有的地方甚至出现了水资源短缺的情况。但是经济的发展离不开水资源的供应,可以说水资源直接关系着国计民生,因此面对水资源开发和利用中出现的问题,必须采取有效的措施进行解决,本文中以鹤壁市的水资源开发和利用情况进行了分析与探讨。
        Rapid economic development has greatly promoted the use of regional and urban water resources in China, and the consumption of water for people's production and living is increasing with each passing day. But the economic development can not do without the supply of water resources, it can be said that water resources are directly related to the development of the national economy and people's livelihood, so in the face of water resources development and utilization problems, we must take effective measures to solve them. In this paper, we mainly Hebi City's water resources development and utilization of the situation. Effective analysis and discussion for reference.
