摘要

根据刮板输送机的工作原理,详细推导了刮板输送机运行阻力及链条预紧力的理论计算公式,列举了几种不同驱动装置的刮板输送机运行阻力及预紧力的计算,并分析了影响刮板输送机运行阻力的若干因素。研究成果可作为刮板输送机张力控制的理论依据。
        Based on the working principle of scraper conveyor, the theoretical calculation formula of running resistance and pre-tightening force of scraper conveyor was given, the calculation of running resistance and pre-tightening force of scraper conveyor with several different driving devices was enumerated. Some influencing factors of running resistance of scraper conveyor were analyzed. Research results can be used as the theoretical basis for the tension control of the scraper conveyor.
