摘要
目前国内部分小直径汽包锅炉仍然保留磷酸盐与氢氧化钠的炉水加药方式,易发生炉水钠离子含量偏高、蒸汽带盐量大、汽轮机叶片积盐严重的问题。对此,提出以非固体加药方式代替炉内固体加药,并联合精处理运行的优化控制,以出口钠离子质量浓度为1μg/L来控制失效点,实现对蒸汽品质的提高,提升经济效益。
        At present some drum boilers with small diameter still remain the boiler water phosphate and sodium hydroxide dosing mode in China,which is easy to cause the problems,such as the sodium ions content in boiler water and steam is on the high side,and the salification on the surface of turbine blades is serious. Therefore,non-solid dosing mode is proposed to replace solid dosing mode in the boiler water,combining with the optimizing control of condensate polishing treatment running. The sodium ions mass concentration at the outlet is set as 1 μg/L,so as to control the fail-point,achieve the improvement of steam quality,and upgrade economic benefits.
