伏邪辨识过敏性鼻炎滞后发病探析

摘要
过敏性鼻炎是临床常见的变态反应性疾病。近年研究显示,该病发作具有一定的滞后性,之所以出现这一特点与季节、气候环境变化密切相关,亦与机体自身过敏免疫应答失调关系紧密,这与中医"伏邪致病"本质基本一致。文章基于伏邪理论探讨外感伏邪、过敏体质和脏腑功能失调在过敏性疾病发病中的地位。希冀不仅有助于深入理解中医"伏邪致病"理论内涵,也为防治过敏性鼻炎滞后发病提供一定的理论依据。
Allergic rhinitis is a common clinical allergic disease. Recent studies have shown that the onset of the disease has a certain hysteresis, which is closely related to seasonal, climatic and environmental changes, as well as to the imbalance of the body's hypersensitivity immune response, is basically consistent with the essence of ‘hidden pathogen' of TCM. Based on the theory of hidden pathogen, the article discussed the status of exogenous hidden pathogen, allergic constitution and zang-fu viscera dysfunction in the pathogenesis of allergic diseased. This study not only helps to understand the theoretical connotation of ‘hidden pathogen' in TCM, but also provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of latent onset of allergic rhinitis.
