论学校德育制度中的伦理诉求——基于“良法”与“恶法”之辨析

摘要
德育制度既是学校管理的依据,同时又是德育的资源。由于受"管理主义"的影响,学校过于追求德育制度的工具性,而忽视了其中蕴含的育德价值。厘清制度与德育制度之间的关系,通过对德育制度中"良法"与"恶法"特征的辨析,凸显了对德育制度的伦理诉求之必要,并对学校的德育制度建设提出了可行的建议。
Moral education system is not only the basis of school management but also the resource of moral education. Because of the influence of managerialism,schools pursue the instrumentality of moral education system excessively,but ignore the instructional value contained in it. This article clarifies the relationship between"system"and"moral education system". Through the analysis of"good law"and"evil law"in moral education system,it highlights the ethical demands of moral education system,and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the construction of school moral education system.
