宫颈癌组织中KGFR、TFPI-2的表达及临床意义

摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌组织中角质细胞生长因子受体(KGFR)、组织因子途径抑制物-2(TFPI-2)的表达以及临床意义。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院保存的宫颈癌组织标本56例(宫颈癌组),同时选取正常宫颈组织35例作为对照组,采用免疫组化染色法检测KGFR和TFPI-2表达。结果宫颈癌组KGFR阳性表达率为73.21%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而TFPI-2阳性表达率为28.57%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);宫颈癌TNM分期Ⅲ期患者KGFR阳性表达率为100.00%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),而TFPI-2阳性表达率为0.00%,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);宫颈癌中低分化患者KGFR阳性表达率为85.37%,明显高于高分化患者(P<0.05);宫颈癌有淋巴结转移患者TFPI-2阳性表达率为5.88%,明显低于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);KGFR与TFPI-2表达呈负相关(rs=-0.599,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中KGFR表达上调,而TFPI-2表达下调,两者水平与患者临床病理特征有一定关系,且两者间有一定相关性。
        Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of keratinocyte growth factor receptor (KGFR) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2(TFPI-2) in cervical cancer. Methods A total of 56 specimens of cervical cancer(cervical cancer group) in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and 35 cases of normal cervix tissues were selected as the control group,the expression of KGFR and TFPI-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of KGFR in cervical cancer group was 73.21%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of TFPI-2 was 28.57%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of KGFR in TNM stage Ⅲ of cervical cancer was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in stage I to II patients(P<0.05),while the positive rate of TFPI-2 was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than that in stage I to II patients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of KGFR in poorly and middle differentiated cervical cancer was 85.37%,which was significantly higher than that in patients with high differentiation(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of TFPI-2 in cervical cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between KGFR and TFPI-2 expression(rs=-0.599,P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of KGFR is up-regulated and TFPI-2 is down-regulated in cervical cancer tissues,the expressions of them are correlated with clinicopathological features.
