大数据时代教师信息技术能力培养模式探究

摘要
大数据已成为现今时代的主流。随着信息化的发展,教育也在不断进步。现代教师不仅需要扎实的专业知识,还应具备先进的信息技术能力,这项能力给教师提供了学习和发展的机会,但同时如果掌握不好,信息获取也会变成一个难题。本文通过阐述新时代背景下教师应具备的信息技术专业能力,在参考文献的基础上,分析出目前教师在信息技术能力方面的瓶颈,构建出培养教师信息技术能力新模式,并以此作为日后教学实践中的参考。
Big data has become the mainstream of the era. With the development of information, education is also constantly changing. Modern teachers not only need professional knowledge, but also have advanced information technology capabilities.This ability provides teachers with opportunities to learn and develop, but at the same time, access to information can be a dilemma if they are not yet mastered. By expounding the information technology professional ability that teachers should have in the background of the new era, this paper analyzes the bottleneck of teachers in information technology ability on the basis of reference literature, and builds a new model as reference for future practice for cultivating teachers' information technology ability.
