摘要
目的:介绍近年鼻腔给药的研究进展,以及对国内外脑靶向性鼻腔给药文献的整理和分析。方法:结合鼻腔的生理特点,查阅国内外近年的相关文献资料,分析与综述应用鼻腔给药的方法治疗脑部疾病。结果:鼻腔给药具有使用方便,起效快和能避过胃肠道肝脏首过效应等特点。鼻腔给药能绕过血脑屏障,靶向于脑部,成为治疗脑部疾病的一个研究热点。结论:脑靶向性鼻腔给药具有许多优于其他给药途径治疗脑部疾病的优点,该类制剂在未来有巨大的发展潜力。
