摘要
针对常规电机在特定角度范围内往复运动应用的不足,提出一种新型永磁弧形导轨电机,能够直接驱动负载在有限角度范围内往复运动,具有结构简单、工作可靠、效率高等特点。从永磁体的充磁方式和螺线管线圈的通电方式入手,并对永磁体偏转角进行参数化设置,对比分析不同的充磁方式与通电方式对电磁力的影响。结果表明,通电方案一下,沿外磁场磁力线方向磁化时Y向电磁力与竖直磁化相比,最大提高了近51.23%,电磁合力最大提高了约45.91%。基于偏转角在30以内时,X向电磁力方向水平向右,不利于永磁体滑动组件的摆动,综合分析几个通电方式的优缺点,得到全摆角下的最优通电组合方式,具有一定的应用价值。
        Based on the application drawback of the conventional motor reciprocating within certain angle,a new permanent magnet arc guideway motor(PMAGM)is put forward,which can directly drive load for reciprocating motion within a limited angle and is provided with advantages of simplification,reliability,high efficiency,etc. According to the permanent magnet magnetization and solenoid coil electrifying modes,the permanent magnet deflection angle is parameterized and the influence on electromagnetic force has been analyzed between different magnetization and electrifying modes. Results show that magnetic force of Y direction magnetized alone the external field force lines at proposal 1 is nearly 51.23% higher than that of vertical magnetization,and the resultant of magnetic force increases by about 45.91%. As the angle of the permanent magnet deflection within 30,the electromagnetic force of X direction is at the right,that is not conducive to permanent magnet slideable assembly swings,through comprehensively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several electrifying modes,the optimal electricity combination under full swing angle is obtained,and provided with a certain application value.
