摘要
弧菌疾病是水产品的主要病害,哈维氏弧菌作为世界范围内近年来发现的主要海洋致病菌之一,多次引起水产品的流行性疾病,造成巨大的经济损失。本文对于哈维氏弧菌的主要致病机理以及检测技术进行了归纳,哈维氏弧菌引起宿主疾病的主要原因有哈维氏弧菌分泌的胞外产物中的溶血素(vhh),胞外蛋白酶,铁载体等,弧菌自身对于宿主血清清除作用的抗性作用以及环境因素如水温,以及菌群密度感应系统。本文还总结了对哈维氏弧菌疾病检测的防治研究进展,为今后更好的研究与预防海洋弧菌疾病提供有效的参考。
        Vibriosis is the major disease of aquatic products,while Vibrio harveyi is one of the major marine pathogens discovered in recent years in the world,has repeatedly caused epidemic diseases of aquatic products,causing huge economic losses.The main pathogenic mechanism and detection technology of Vibrio harveyi and concludes the research progress on the prevention and treatment of Vibrio harveyi disease were summarized.The main cause of host disease caused by Vibrio harveyi was hemolysin (vhh),extracellular protease,iron carrier,etc.in the extracellular product secreted by Vibrio harveyi.Vibrio itself had resistance to host serum clearance. And environmental factors such as water temperature,as well as the flora density sensing system.The research progress on the prevention and treatment of Vibrio harveyi disease detection were summarized,and provide an effectived reference for better research and prevention of marine Vibrio disease in the future.
