功能性弹力训练带在偏瘫型脑瘫患儿步行训练中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨功能性弹力训练带训练对偏瘫型脑瘫患儿步行能力的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年6月本院偏瘫型脑瘫患儿30例,随机分为对照组和观察组各15例,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上加予功能性弹力训练带训练;训练前后采用粗大运动功能测量表(GMFM-88)中的D、E项评分进行两组效果评定。结果:治疗后,两组脑瘫患儿D项和E项GMFM-88评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组D项和E项GM-FM-88评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能性弹力训练带训练结合常规康复训练可以提高偏瘫型脑瘫患儿的躯干及骨盘控制能力,提高粗大运动功能,促进患儿的平衡协调及运动能力的发育,从而促进患儿的早日康复。
Objective: To explore the effect of elastic rope on walking ability of Hemiplegic Children with Cerebral Palsy.Methods: From January 2016 to June 2017, 30 children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group(n = 15) and observation group(n = 15).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given functional elastic rope training band training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Evaluated the effect of two groups before and after treatment according to the gross motor function measure(GMFM-88).Results: After treatment, the scores of GMFM-88 of item D and item E in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of GM-FM-88 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The elastic rope training can improve trunk and pelvic control ability of Hemiplegic Children with Cerebral Palsy and gross motor function, it pro-mote the development of movement and balance ability and rehabilitation of patients.
