绳带疗法对脑卒中患者步行功能疗效观察

摘要
目的:探究脑卒中患者行绳带疗法对其步行功能的影响。方法:择取2018年1月～2018年12月期间某院收治的脑卒中患者共60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)以及实验组(n=30)。对照组患者实施常规康复治疗,实验组基于康复治疗行绳带疗法,通过统计学分析两组患者治疗前后下肢功能及步行功能。结果:治疗前两组患者下肢及步行功能无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组下肢及步行功能均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者康复治疗中实施绳带疗法可有效提升患者的步行能力,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cord therapy on walking function in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The patients in the control group underwent routine rehabilitation treatment.The experimental group was treated with cord therapy based on the rehabilitation treatment.The lower limb function and walking function of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:There was no significant difference in lower limbs and walking function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the lower limbs and walking function of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ropies in the rehabilitation of stroke patients can effectively improve the walking ability of patients and it is worth promoting.
