摘要
目的:探讨弹力绳带对偏瘫患者躯干与下肢功能的疗效。方法:将50例偏瘫患者随机分为试验组和对照组各25例,均接受常规运动疗法和神经生理学疗法,试验组则在每次治疗过程中佩戴弹力绳带,分别于治疗前和治疗6周后采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA-L)、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、功能性步行量表(functional abulation category,FAC)、10米最大步行速度(10m MWS)评价两组临床疗效。结果:试验组FMA-L、BBS、FAC评分及10m MWS改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在偏瘫患者康复训练过程中配合弹力绳带环绕捆绑可显著提高平衡功能、下肢运动功能、步行速度。
        Objective: To investigate the effect of elastic rope on trunk and lower extremity functions of hemiplegia patients. Methods: 50 cases of hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into experimental group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases), both of the groups received conventional exercise and neurophysiology therapy, while experimental group combined with wearing elastic rope in each treatment process, and used FMA-L,BBS, FAC and 10 m MWS to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups at times of before and 6 weeks after treatment. Results: The improvement of FMA-L, BBS, FAC scores and 10 m MWS of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Surround binding with elastic rope in process of rehabilitation training can significantly improve the balance and lower extremity functions and walking speed of hemiplegia patients.
