小径木通用平托盘力学性能检测实验研究

摘要
根据GB/T4996-2014提供的方法,对瓦楞芯结构、R2型1 200×1 000二向进叉、双面使用、额定载荷为1 000 kg、用于货架存取和堆码的小径木通用平托盘分别进行了叉举试验以及堆码试验,目的是检测小径木通用平托盘样品的力学性能是否符合国家标准,为其市场推广提供理论依据。利用小径木制作托盘,既保持了传统木质托盘的优点,又响应了林业经济的可持续发展,并且符合绿色物流发展战略。本实验利用新材料制作了标准物流托盘,可缓解环境压力,实现降本增效。
        According to the method provided by GB/T4996-2014, the bending test, fork lift test and stacking test of small diameter wood general flat pallet for shelf access and stacking were carried out respectively for corrugated core structure, R2 1200×1000 twoway fork and double-side use with rated load of 1000 kg. The purpose of this experiment is to test whether the mechanical properties of small diameter wood general flat pallet samples conform to the national standards and provide theoretical basis for its market promotion. The significance of the study is to use small-diameter wood to make pallets, which not only maintains the advantages of traditional wood pallets, but also responds to the sustainable development of forestry economy, and conforms to the development strategy of green logistics. The innovation of this experiment is to use new materials to make standard logistics pallets, alleviate environmental pressure and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
