经皮椎体成形术联用弹性按压法治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术联合弹性按压法治疗胸腰椎骨折的应用效果。方法:选用2015年7月~2017年7月期间某院救治的64例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组用经皮椎体成形术,观察组在对照组的基础上联合弹性按压法,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果:治疗后,两组的Cobb’s、疼痛评分、功能障碍指数评分低于治疗前,椎前缘高度、椎后缘高度高于治疗前,观察组的Cobb’s、疼痛评分、功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,椎前缘高度、椎后缘高度高于对照组。结论:经皮椎体成形术联合弹性按压法治疗胸腰椎骨折的应用效果显著,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of the percutaneous vertebral plasty combined with elastic pressure for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:64 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures from July 2015 to July 2015 in a hospital were chosen and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with percutaneous vertebral plasty,the observation group was treated with elastic pressure,and on the basis of the control group,combined with percutaneous vertebral plasty.Compared two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,Cobb's,pain score,dysfunction index score of two group were lower than the prior treatment,leading edge vertebral height,vertebral trailing edge height is higher than the prior treatment,Cobb's,pain score,dysfunction index score of observation group were lower than those of the control group.Leading edge vertebral height,vertebral trailing edge height is higher than the control group.Conclusion:The application effect of percutaneous vertebral plasty combined with elastic pressure for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is significant.It has improved the treatment effect,and is worthy of application.
