摘要
棚户区改造是我国政府推出的一项重大的民生工程,在现代城市快速健康发展进程中具有突出意义.本文以某城市PPP模式下棚户区改造项目为例,引入BIM技术.利用BIM协同管理平台和构件碰撞功能,实现对棚户区改造工程进行可视化管理.及时发现工程中存在的隐蔽问题,有效实现方案优化,减少工程变更,节约工期和资源等.实践证明:通过利用BIM及时更新和补充项目数据,有利于解决PPP模式的短板问题,促进PPP棚改项目更好地落地.
        The transformation of shantytowns is a major livelihood project launched by the Chinese government, which is of great significance in the rapid and healthy development of modern cities. In this paper, BIM technology is introduced into a shantytown reconstruction project under PPP mode in a city. The BIM collaborative management platform and the component collision function are used to realize the visual amanagement of the shantytown reconstruction project, so as to timely find hidden problems in the project, effectively realize the program optimization, reduce engineering changes, and save time and resources. Practice has proved that timely updating and supplementing project data through BIM is conducive to solving the shortcoming of PPP mode and promoting the better implementation of PPP shed renovation project.
