摘要
采用含氟弹性丙烯酸乳液作为成膜树脂,制备得到水性氟碳弹性外墙涂料。与传统的水性氟碳涂料以及弹性丙烯酸涂料对比,考察了漆膜的弹性、耐沾污性以及耐候性。结果表明,这种弹性氟碳涂料结合了传统弹性丙烯酸涂料的高弹性及普通氟碳涂料的高耐候性,所制备得到的水性弹性氟碳涂料常温和低温弹性分别为195.3%和39.5%,耐沾污数值为14.89,均优于标准要求。
The waterborne elastic fluorocarbon exterior coatings were synthesized by using elastic fluoroacrylate as the binder. The film flexibility, dirt pick-up resistance and weatherability were analyzed and compared with conventional elastic acrylic coatings and non-elastic fluorocarbon coatings. The results showed that the synthesized elastic fluorocarbon coatings combined the advantages of elastic acrylics and fluorocarbons. The flexibility of room and low temperature was195.3% and 39.5% respectively. And the artificial dirt pick-up value was 14.89. All the performance was better than the standard specifications.
