OBE理念下材料专业本科生工程实践能力培养创新

摘要
阐述基于OBE教育理念下,地方工科大学材料专业大学生工程实践能力的培养创新之举。探索构建合理的大学生专业素养、实践能力和创新能力培养三者递进之策略;论述为实现大学生工程实践能力的培养创新,尝试进行三方面的工作:构建完善的校院系三级领导管理体系、创建专业实践能力强并富有工程创新精神的教师队伍、建立科学合理的课外工程实践创新能力培养机制与途径。
based on the OBE education concept, the innovation of engineering practice ability of material majors in local engineering universities is expounded. Exploring the strategy of constructing reasonable college students' professional accomplishment, practical ability and innovative ability to cultivate the three progressively; discussing the cultivation and innovation of college students' engineering practice ability, try to carry out three aspects of work: constructing a perfect three-level leadership management system Create a team of teachers with strong professional practice and engineering innovation spirit, and establish a scientific and rational training mechanism and approach for extracurricular engineering practice innovation ability.
